• Do you offer drone coverage? Explain that!
Yes we do! Drone coverage is offered in all of our wedding packages. If weather is looking good for the day of the wedding, we will always attempt to get drone shots of the venue and setup. If weather is an issue and the drone cannot be flown, $150 will be deducted from the final invoice we send you.

 

• What is your business policy for travel expenses?
We have zero travel expenses for weddings that are within the greater Sacramento, CA area (within 50 miles of Sacramento County). For weddings that are outside the greater Sacramento area, we will discuss travel fees.

 

• How many videographers do you have on your team?
We always have two videographers filming on the wedding day. If it’s a larger wedding and we need to gather a larger team, we will discuss this further with you. 

 

• What is your payment policy?
We require one of two payment options:
1) Half payment up front prior to wedding, and other half after film and footage is delivered.
2) The entire price is paid up front prior to the wedding.

 

• What forms of payment do you accept?
We prefer payment by check, but we can also do PayPal and Venmo. We don’t currently accept credit card payments.

 

• What is your turnaround time for my wedding film?
We are quick editors, but we also like to take our time making sure everything is the best it can be. Turnaround for a short social media wedding edit is 3 days, a wedding trailer is 1 week, and for the full wedding film, turnaround is 2 - 3 weeks. All other RAW footage that is provided with specific packages will be delivered around the same time as the wedding film.
